Fit & Sizing:

How Do SuperSlides Fit?
They run true to size with a snug, supportive fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Are They Unisex?
Yep. The sizing works for everyone; just choose based on your usual men's or women's sizing.
Are They Good For Wide Feet?
Yes. The padded upper has give, and the footbed is moulded for comfort. They break in quickly without stretching out.
Can I Try Them On Anywhere?
Right now, we’re online-only. But if you're ordering for a team, we can help guide sizing for your roster.

Shipping & Returns:

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Most orders ship within 7 - 10 business days from design approval. We stock in Canada, so you won’t be waiting months.
Do You Ship Outside Canada?
Not yet, but U.S. shipping is coming soon.
What’s Your Return Policy?
Because every pair is custom-made, we don’t offer returns, but if there’s an issue with fit or quality, we’ll make it right.
Can I Change My Order After Submitting It?
If we haven’t started production, yes. Just reach out as soon as possible.
